Puneet Mathur is a Certified Life Coach, Certified Business Coach and a Certified Organization Development Coach, with approval and certifications from the International Coaching Federation and The Certified Coaches Alliance
He specializes in coaching young people for various aspects of job selection processes like - Personal Interviews, Group Discussions and Communication skills.
He also coaches business leaders to transform their enterprise into a professionally run Company by implementing state of art systems and processes, and building a highly motivated team.
Puneet is an experienced business professional and leader, with about 30 years of Corporate Leadership experience in reputed Multi National and Indian Companies in the FMCG and Chemicals sector.
Puneet started his career with Britannia Industries as a Management Trainee. He has worked in varied roles in Britannia Industries Ltd. Marico Industries Ltd. Coca Cola, and the Jubilant Bhartia Group. His last corporate stint was with Jubilant Industries Ltd. As Senior Vice President and Business Head of a strategic business unit (SBU), Puneet transformed the business to the fastest growing and the most profitable one for his Company.
Puneet has extensive experience in Sales & Distribution of FMCG products and Speciality Chemicals (B2B business). He has a rich experience of expanding distribution reach, Sales Force Productivity, International Business Development, and Exports.
Puneet has a post graduation degree from St. Stephen's College, Delhi. He has studied management at the University of Lucknow (MBA), and at The Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad
Dr. (Commander) Puja Chhabra Sharma
Dr. Sharma brings with her more than 30 years of experience in industry and academia.
Dr. Sharma belongs to the first batch of women commissioned officers in the Logistics Branch of the Indian Navy, where she gained 14 years of multifaceted experience.
Dr. Sharma holds two Masters degrees and a PhD.She has held various administrative posts including Dy. Director in the Govt. Of India and Area Chair (HR & OB) & Dean in Academic institutions.
Dr. Sharma has published more than 35 papers across nationally and internationally recognized journals including ABDC listed journals
She has been a PhD supervisor. She has also served as Editor and member on advisory Boards on various Business Journals.
Dr. Puja is a Consultant and Coach at Principium, and has coached over a thousand students and young working professionals
She serves as Visiting Faculty at International Universities in the USA, Canada & Brazil, and has conducted lectures, training and International Conferences.
Squadron Leader Sangeeta Thakur (Retd.)
Sangeeta holds a Masters degree in Physics.
She also has a Bachelor’s degree in Mass communication and in Education .
An alumnus of MDI Gurugram, Sangeeta has also completed her Executive Management program in Strategic innovation, digital Marketing and Business Analytics from D.M.S. I.I.T. Delhi.
Aviation and Education sectors are her two domains of expertise. Her professional experience includes a career in the Indian Air Force and a Consultant with the Airports Authority of India.
She has been associated with various educational institutions as a Physics faculty. She has held many administrative responsibilities as Principal /Deputy Registrar /Executive Director at various education institutions of repute.
